Open Format Cells Options – (Keyboard Shortcut in Excel)

To open the format cells option in Excel, you need to select a cell or a range of cells and then press the following keyboard shortcut:

Ctrl + 1

When you press this shortcut key, it instantly opens the format cells option which gives you the following dialog box.

How to use it

1. First of all, select a cell or range of cells where you want to use the format cells options.
2. After that, press and hold the Ctrl key from the left side of the keyboard.
3. Next, press the 1 key from the top of the keyboard.
4. In the end, select the tab from the options.
