Use Excel ISBLANK Function to check if a cell is blank and returns TRUE if that cell is blank else it will return FALSE. ISBLANK Function is the part of information functions which are useful to get a specific information from a reference.
- value A cell or a value which you want to test.

- If a cell has a formula which has to return a blank or empty value, ISBLANK will return FALSE in that case.
In above example, I have used ISBLANK with IF Function to deliver a message to the user if cell F1 is blank.
