    Use Excel ISBLANK Function to check if a cell is blank and returns TRUE if that cell is blank else it will return FALSE. ISBLANK Function is the part of information functions which are useful to get a specific information from a reference.

    Syntax

    ISBLANK(value)

    • value A cell or a value which you want to test.

    • If a cell has a formula which has to return a blank or empty value, ISBLANK will return FALSE in that case.
